• The Jewish community of Vinnitsa is the organization which is the owner of the building. The chairman of the community is Isaac Petrovich Novoseletsky. This organization provides the safety of the building; the payment of municipal services, Internet, Xerox, telephone, fax etc. The most important function is the religious one.
   • Lecture Club -- works each Sunday from 12.00. The Jews of Vinnitsa got used to be going regularly to the lectures. They are sure, that there will be interesting there. Except the educational function, the Lecture Club serves as a place of communication, a place, where it is possible to learn what occurs in Jewish life in the city and out of it.
   • Maccabi - on the first floor there is a sports hall, in which young sportsmen regularly train.
   • Youth Theatre "Macor" -- the first and at present the only national collective in Vinnitsa region which has received the rank of "National" (Folk).
   • The Dancing Collective "MICOL HALEV" - a prize winner of regional competitions.
   • Orchestra "Pereplyot", playing in the style of "Claim-jazz", the favorite of youth and veterans.
   • The organization of veterans - unites all the people of "the golden age", participants of the War and labor front, the prisoners and pensioners and social workers. The main function is the social help.
   • Videoclub - regular watching of videofilms and making films about our activities.
   • Library - books in Yiddish and Russian languages, reviews of novelties, readers' conferences.
   • ZACHOR -- REMEMBER a historic-ethnographic society. The results of the work of the community members are resulted in books, articles, reports at scientific conferences, lectures in our Lecture Club and in regional communities.
