Dr Serhiy Shtovba holds a professor position on Computer-Based Information and Management Systems Department of Vinnitsa National Technical University.

His scientific interests connective with an application of Intelligent Techniques (Fuzzy Logic, Genetic Algorithms, Evolutionary Programming, Neural Networks, Ant Algorithms) in the following fields:
